Dr Gerald Yeo (M.B.B.S., F.R.A.C.S. (ORTHO)) is our Foot, Ankle and Lower Limb Trauma surgeon. Gerald is a Queensland trained and qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon graduating with Honours from Medical School in Tasmania.
Of Malaysian/Chinese heritage, Dr Yeo moved in the 1990’s initially to New Zealand and then onto Australia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Australian Orthopaedic Association and has completed a Fellowship in Knee, Foot & Ankle Surgery.
Dr Yeo’s special interest is disorders of the Foot, Ankle and General Lower Limb Trauma. He currently holds a public appointment at the Prince Charles Hospital, while consulting and operating out of the Brisbane Orthopaedic Specialist rooms and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside (formerly known as Holy Spirit Northside Hospital). He works closely in conjunction with Orthopaedic Wound Nurses, Podiatrists and Physiotherapist to ensure an optimal outcome for all his patients with foot, ankle and lower limb conditions.
