Confirmation and cancellation of appointments
All appointments will be confirmed via text to your mobile or a direct call. Please make sure you take the time to confirm your appointment as many of our surgeons have a waiting list. Please note the nature of Orthopaedics requires us to accept a number of trauma cases during clinics. These are unforseen an cannot be predicted, therefore, we ask for your patience, we understand your time is valuable, if you have limited time for your appointment, please call the practice prior to your scheduled time to see how the doctor is running. Should you no longer require an appointment, we ask that you call to cancel at least 24 hours prior so the time may be allocated to another patient.
