Brisbane Orthopaedic Specialist Services (BOSS)

Brisbane Orthopaedic Specialist Services (also known as B.O.S.S.) is a group practice of orthopaedic surgeons. It is located both in the Arnold Janssen Centre, which adjoins the Brisbane Private Hospital, in Wickham Terrace, Brisbane and at the Holy Spirit Northside Hospital in Rode Road, Chermside.

At present there are six surgeons in the practice - Bill Donnelly, Paul Licina, Tony Ganko,
Hugh English, Andrew Ryan and Andrew Patten. The aim of the practice is to provide high quality care for patients and to treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. Subspecialty interests within the practice include degenerative conditions of the hip and knee including joint replacement surgery; sports-related conditions, especially of the knee and shoulder; expertise in arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder and hip; orthopaedic trauma; all conditions of the spine, including low back and neck pain, fractures and tumours of the spine, and spinal deformities; and all conditions of the upper limb.
